My daughter has been trying for weeks to make me something to eat. Which is really cool, especially considering the other thing she keeps doing is making books. For something as simple as ice cream, it's really amazing the number of ingredients you can find on some of the cartons. Even some of the allegedly "premium" brands. My current peeve is how hard it is to find food without corn syrup. By the way, did you know most ketchup has more calories per ounce than ice cream does? It's the corn syrup. I tend to suffer from kid-in-the-candy-store syndrome when it's time to plan a menu. When I'm just sitting there thinking about what I'd like to have, I don't even know where to start.
