How To Make Rotisserie Turkey Breast

I love my rotisserie. Love love love love LOOOOOOOOOVE my rotisserie. I've only used it twice so far, and already I'm getting the hang of it. I just made, without a doubt, the most perfectly cooked turkey it has ever been my pleasure to chew on. Mashed Roasted Potatoes

Hmm, that picture doesn't look so good. Almost seems like the potatoes aren't in focus. That's because they're not. The focus that is. They're just a side dish. Super Simple Apple Crisp

My daughter has been trying for weeks to make me something to eat. Which is really cool, especially considering the other thing she keeps doing is making books. How To Make Vanilla Ice Cream From Scratch

For something as simple as ice cream, it's really amazing the number of ingredients you can find on some of the cartons. Even some of the allegedly "premium" brands. My current peeve is how hard it is to find food without corn syrup. By the way, did you know most ketchup has more calories per ounce than ice cream does? It's the corn syrup.
