Strawberries and Cream

There's nothing like fresh strawberries in season. I took a trip to the local farmers market and sure enough, there were strawberries on the first table and Mennonite girls behind the table collecting money. Perfect, that's just what I'm looking for. But hmmm, that's odd ... they're in plastic boxes. I wouldn't expect Mennonites to be using plastic boxes. You can get pulled pork in the frozen foods section at your local grocery store. Couple minutes in the microwave and it's ready to go. How great is that?
