I already mentioned the Ninja Master Prep once before. And when I said it was good for prepping food, I wasn't kidding. But I've got to tell you, this thing is absolutely replacing my blender when it comes to making frozen drinks. I can't think of anything I'd rather use the blender for. I haven't had the best luck trying to cook seafood. But my loaded nachos are pretty fabulous, if I do say so myself. (And I just did.) I love going to Mexican restaurants. All the ones around here have fresh chips and salsa on the table as soon as you sit down. I've occasionally had some sub-par salsa, but the hot, fresh chips are always totally addictive. I'm not quite ready to make my own tortillas, but with a pack of 50 pre-made corn tortillas costing about a dollar -- and the ingredients looking about like what I'd use myself -- I'm okay with buying them for now.
