Get to know your local butcher. You might discover great stuff like the bacon burgers in this video. And if you don’t find it there, you can ask. Butchers are much more willing to take special orders than the meat counter at a supermarket chain.
If you’re near Euclid, stop in and say Drew sent you.

yum!!!!
I do not have a link to the video… looked on the blog and my e-mail. Any suggestions?
same here…no joy on vid….wanted to see if they are different than mine!
Are you not able to see it at the blog? I’ve got other people saying they can see it, so I’m confused.
Nice video!
I love our local butcher (Butcher Boys in Vancouver, WA)! On our last trip we discovered Chicken Cordon Bleu Sausage – OMG YUM! And their Maple bacon is so good we are now spoiled and can’t eat regular store-bought bacon. Yay for the local butchers!
No recipe on the bacon burgers…..it’s a mystery
It’s in there … two parts lean beef, one part bacon, black pepper and garlic to taste.
I think I might pop down to Josh’s this month. WOW. Bacon…can’t go wrong.
I need to find a butcher of my own…and then convince him (her??) to make videos with me. Don’t take that out of context, ‘kay?
Oh man those look good, but what was that I heard about prosciutto? You were being talked over and couldn’t completely hear you. Please tell us about that.
Judy, take a look here for how to make prosciutto bacon bits.
