Not now, thanks

I’m just about done with my new project

You might have noticed I haven’t posted anything in a little while. That’s because I’ve been working on something new, and I’m just about to announce it.

If you’re interested in what it is, go check out this poll and tell me what you think:

I lost 65-70 7 years ago. Went from from 235 down to 172.
I hve stayed within 2-3 pounds of 175 all this time…
No diet, just a change in eating habits. Eliminating processed foods, cooking almost all my meals. Using natural ingredients…exercise helps, also.

Good to see you are still around, safe and sound BUT……does this mean no more recipes??????????
Also just a thought.. Although sugar substitute is not real food. It is a necessity for the millions of diabetics that have developed over the years, (I believe largely from the HFCS that we have all been consuming caosing strain on livers and such). Do you have a good site to refer to for diabetics?? I sure need a Birthday Cake Recipe for my mothers birthday!

Donna, I don’t have one, but you might want to check with Jenni, the Online Pastry Chef at onlinepastrychef@yahoo.com
