Food Science

It’s funny because it’s true. It’s also sad … because it’s true.

Book Giveaway Winner

I told Nina that I had posted the review of Real Food for Mother and Baby and she volunteered to send another copy, so we’ve got two winners!

First is:

Rena, who is already six months along. Congratulations Rena … on the baby, that is.

Second is:

Linda, who is six weeks along. That’s awesome, two winners who can totally use this.

One copy will be signed by Nina. The other will also be signed by Nina, but addressed to me, since it’s the copy she sent me to review. Whoever emails me first with their mailing address gets to choose which one they prefer.

And remember what I said in the review:

Once you’re carrying, it’s too late to radically change your health. You’re going to have the baby with the body you’ve already got, so there’s no point in adding stress to the mix.

So keep eating healthy, and make whatever reasonable changes you can, but don’t start worrying that you’re doing it “wrong”.
