Meat. Ball. Sandwich.

It’s the perfect food.

And speaking of cravings …

If you’ve read my second book, Starting From Scratch (And if you haven’t, why not?) you already know Dinneen Diette. She’s a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and teaches people how to have a healthier relationship with food. She’s also got a new teleclass starting at the end of this month.

Click here to learn more about taking back control of your food. (That’s not an affiliate link, so I’m not making anything for telling you about the course.)

Dinneen spent several years in France, where she saw people eating a diet that would frighten most American dietitians. And no one is fat. She understands that it’s not about what you eat, it’s about how you eat. She can explain it much better than I can. Go check out her class and see if she can’t help you.

Meat ball sandwich please. Egg salad is OK, but not as good as meat+balls.
