		<description>I was going to suggest spraying the pie plate with Pam before I got caught up with the visualization of pie plate all over the kitchen! LOL -- I liked the parchment idea as well... You can buy the cake rounds already cut to size. As for fitting the crust successfully over a slippery surface: how about fitting the crust, placing another pie plate over it and turning it over (so the crust is now on the outside of the 2nd plate), lining the original plate, and then replacing the formed crust and removing the 2nd plate... do you think that might work?
By the way, Drew, I really like this new format for posting comments! So very much easier!!! Thanks for your hard work!</description>
