Yup, doing it all myself. Not because I particularly want to, I'm just very picky, and anyone I could afford isn't likely to be up to my standards.

I can understand, it is a lot of work to move and organize. I have been doing the same thing myself, tired of the whole blogger thing. Finally have my own domain but moving on the web is just as frustrating at times as packing up a home. Having a system is key. Good luck and good job. Are you doing all of your own coding? Fun!

dbouchard, those are fair points. I just spent several weeks getting everything moved over from Blogger, and haven't had time to do anything with the design yet. Besides that, the recipe browser is still a bit resource-intensive. I'm working on some optimization before I make the link more prominent.

I love this site! My only "problem" with the site is your organization of the recipes. I happened upon the site when I was looking for crock pot tenderloin. This recipe is fantastic. Then I decided to look for other recipes. Perhaps if you had a tab interface for each page, it took me a lot of clicking to get to the recipe browser. Your HOME/About/blog work well but a tab for the recipe browser would be great as well!
Sorry for the criticism but I do web design as well as my 9to5 and this just sticks out like a sore thumb. Love the recipes...thanks!

Thor, I haven't done that many slow cooker recipes, but I'll see what I can do. I still haven't figured out exactly how "tags" are going to work on that page ... I'm thinking of a search interface that will use them.
Naomi, if I figure that out you'll see a lot more posts here, because I'll be making an absolute <em>fortune</em> and quit my day job.

That is pretty stinking cool! Now if you could figure out a way to send me the food, too, that would be even better.

Mr. Kime, my only request is to ask if you could add a "slow cooker" categorization to the recipes; that would be hot awesome. Thanks!
