The funny thing is how bogus the various claims about cholesterol and oats are. In various scientific studies the amount of reduction was 2% – not exactly something to bleat about.
I love that. Remember the low carb craze, and how some peanut butter was suddenly labeled as "low carb" (which it ALWAYS has been)? Good times!
