Ever wanted more information about one of the recipes here? Maybe you’ve got a tip to offer, with pictures to go along with it. Or you’ve got questions about some of the technical issues of writing a blog or a book.
Well, now there’s a place to put the questions, pictures, or off-topic rambling. Starting today the How To Cook Like Your Grandmother Forum is open for business. Umm, not business, actually. You know what I mean, right?
So anyway, there’s nothing there right now except a bunch of empty topics. As I add more recipes here on the blog, I’ll be posting links to a matching forum entry for anyone who has feedback that won’t fit in the comments below.
Feel free to start new topics, post or request recipes, or make suggestions for the blog or the forum. I tried to guess at the broad categories people might want to talk about, but I’m totally open to whatever you’re interested in. (Food related, that is.)

I love your blog and your recipes are great. The pictures are so helpful. But I need to have the recipe printed out and in front of me when I cook. I have tried printing from your blog but the recipe does not come out right, the pictures obscure some of the text. It would be great if you had a printable version of the recipe available.
Carol, I always bring the laptop into the kitchen, so I sometimes forget not everyone does that. I’ll see if I can remember to include printable versions from now on.
